ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 20, 2012, in the above-entitled case on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 21, 2011, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed", and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed".
