Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 11, 2011, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Denise Smith, sworn to March 5, 2012, and March 6, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks the assignment of counsel is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to appeal as a poor person is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Erie County, provide Denise Smith, with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that appeal No. 3 be consolidated with appeal Nos. 1 and 2, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner-appellant file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the consolidated appeals, together with proof of service, on or before June 1, 2012, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order (see 22 NYCRR 1000.12 [b]).
