Separate motions by the appellants Dmitriy Burman, Chinwe Offor, and Mercy Medical Center to hold in abeyance appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 17, 2011, pending determination of an appeal from an order of the same court entered December 6, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be heard together and will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal from the order entered August 17, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-09205), is enlarged until June 5, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
