Motion by the appellant, in effect, inter alia, to reargue her prior motion to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 9, 2011, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 23, 2011, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
