| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Town of Smithtown to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 8, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent Town of Smithtown's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 13, 2012, and the respondent Town of Smithtown's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants shall serve and file reply briefs, if any, to the brief filed by the respondent Town of Smithtown on or before April 30, 2012.
