| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated January 7, 2011. Separate motion by the respondent to enlarge the record to include certain material contained in a proposed respondent's supplemental record submitted with its motion papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the record and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 7, 2012, and on or before that date the respondent shall serve and file its brief as well as a supplemental record in the form submitted to the Court in connection with the respondent's motion to enlarge the record.
