Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 13, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 3, 2011, for failure timely perfect in accordance with a scheduling order of this Court dated September 29, 2011 (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
