Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 22, 2012, as released the subject child to the respondent's care and custody without supervision, and to continue the remand of the subject child in its care and custody, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
