| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 23, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant may file the photographs identified at trial as People's Exhibits 1-A and 1-B as exhibits to the pro se supplemental brief, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is enlarged, and the appellant's pro se supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before May 21, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the pro se supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
