| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Judith May for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 24, 2011, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered March 24, 2010, and for poor person relief, and for leave to reargue her prior motions, inter alia, to enlarge the record. The prior motions were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
