Motion by Sandra L. Baker, inter alia, for leave to reargue her prior motion, among other things, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 23, 2011, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 18, 2010. The prior motion was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 20, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
