On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 4, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 23, 2011, is amended by deleting from third decretal paragraph thereof the date "May 3, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "May 17, 2012."
