On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated April 4, 2012, in the above-entitled action on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 20, 2011, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed", and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed".
