DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by James Mayhar and cross appeal by Jennifer Moyer from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 28, 2011. The respondent Kevin Moyer was granted poor person relief on March 30, 2012, and the following named attorney was assigned to respond to the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that counsel assigned to respond to the appeal is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
