| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent to direct the respondent-appellant to pay one half of the cost of the printing of the joint appendix and transcripts on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before May 4, 2012, the respondent-appellant shall pay one half of the cost of the printing of the joint appendix and transcripts, and file proof of service with the Court, or the cross appeal will be dismissed, without further notice.
