Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 15, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before April 27, 2012, and the motion is otherwise denied.
