Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 1, 2012, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order is stayed until June 22, 2012, and the motion is otherwise denied.
