Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two decrees of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated February 17, 2011, and March 7, 2011, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 7, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix and their respective briefs.
