Separate motions by the defendant third-party plaintiff-respondent and the third-party defendant-respondent for leave to reargue stated portions of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 21, 2010, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 14, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
