Appeal by Anthony C. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 21, 2011.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Robin N. Guttman, Esq., One Huntingdon Quadrangle - Suite 2S12, Melville, N.Y. 11747, the attorney assigned to represent the respondent Maria V., is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the respondent Maria V. herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the respondent Maria V.:
