Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated March 14, 2011, and April 4, 2011, respectively, to strike stated portions of pages 9 and 19 of the respondent's brief and pages 28 and 29 of the brief of the attorney for the children on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
