Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue that branch of his prior motion which was to release him on his own recognizance, or, in the alternative, to fix bail pending hearing and determination of on an appeal, by permission, from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated December 21, 2010, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 27, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
