It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 3, 2011 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date November 2, 2011 and inserting in place thereof the date May 16, 2012 (see People v Sher, 35 NY2d 310).
