Defendant City of Geneva having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief and to perfect a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the office of the Clerk of the County of Ontario on April 15, 2011, and having moved for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael R. Vaccaro, Esq., sworn to March 20, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of David A. Johns, Esq., dated March 29, 2012, and due deliberation having been thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the City of Geneva files and serves its brief on the appeal and cross appeal on or before May 16, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
