DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2010-2926 K CR
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Alfredo Guirola, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered September 20, 2010, and to compel the court reporters to furnish transcripts of all proceedings that have not yet been provided.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel the court reporters to furnish the transcripts of all proceedings that have not yet been provided is granted and the court reporters are directed to furnish appellant's attorney with the transcripts within 30 days of the date of this order. Appellant's attorney shall serve a copy of this decision and order upon the court reporters within 10 days of the date of this order; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by July 6, 2012.
