ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 26, 2011, and the order on application of this Court dated November 18, 2011, in the above-entitled appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 7, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph of each order the date "September 24, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "April 7, 2011."
