DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims dated August 18, 2011, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 13, 2012, which denied that branch of his prior motion which was for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person. Separate motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 13, 2012. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions to amend the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 13, 2012, and for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals and the branch of the motion which is for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 14, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
