| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 9, 2012, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated March 9, 2012, is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as directed the appellant to provide contact information for her medical treatment providers and granted the respondent leave to submit a subpoena duces tecum for her medical records is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before June 4, 2012, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before June 4, 2012, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
