| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeal by Bettina Machado from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 11, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties or their attorneys show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing this appeal on the ground that the order was entered upon the consent of the appellant (see CPLR 5511), by each filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court and serving one copy of the same on each other on or before May 16, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the attorneys for the respective parties.
