Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 28, 2008, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to file a supplemental appendix which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 7, 2012. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file a supplemental reply brief.
