Motion by appellant to withdraw an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered September 29, 2010, and by Harry Tills, Esq., counsel assigned to represent appellant, to be relieved.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by appellant seeking to withdraw the appeal is granted and the appeal is marked withdrawn; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Harry Tills, Esq., seeking to be relieved is granted.
