Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated October 11, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County rendered May 5, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the order dated October 11, 2011 is vacated, and the appeal shall be perfected by June 8, 2012.
