Motion by the appellant to vacate an order of this court dated February 16, 2012, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County entered May 19, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and, on the court's own motion, it is further
ORDERED that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before June 13, 2012.
