Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Surrogate's Court, Rockland County, dated August 29, 2008, August 9, 2010, and August 19, 2011, respectively, and two decrees of the same court dated September 23, 2008, and October 3, 2011, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix on the appeals and their respective briefs.
