Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered September 7, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall append the exhibits designated in the appellant's motion papers as Exhibits D, D1, D2, E and G to the copies of the supplemental brief that have been filed with the Clerk of the Court, and the motion is otherwise denied.
