Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 24, 2012, in effect, for summary reversal of the order. Application by the respondents to dismiss the appeal as untimely taken.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied without prejudice to making a motion for that relief.
