Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 1, 2012. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Sonali Leslie Hopkins, Esq., dated April 19, 2012, it is
