2012-03141 In the Matter of Eva M. S. (Anonymous). Administration for Children's Services, appellant; Vitalia S. (Anonymous), et al., respondents. (Docket No. N-8091/12)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2012, and to direct that all visits by the maternal grandmother with the subject child be supervised by the foster parent and all visits by the respondents with the subject child be supervised by the appellant, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct that all visits by the maternal grandmother with the subject child be supervised by the foster parent is denied as unnecessary as that relief was granted by the order dated April 4, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
SKELOS, J.P., FLORIO, ROMAN and MILLER, JJ., concur.
