Respondent-appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 4, 2012 (CAF 12-00771),
Now, upon reading and filing the certification of Stephanie N. Davis, Esq., dated April 26, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Stephanie N. Davis, Esq., 118 West Van Buren Street, Oswego, New York 13126, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Oswego County, provide Stephanie N. Davis, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal be consolidated with the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 29, 2011 (CAF 12-00080), and
It is further ORDERED that respondent-appellant file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the consolidated appeals, together with proof of service, on or before July 2, 2012, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
