Application by Timothy Kayel, Jr., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 21, 2010, and May 31, 2011, respectively, and appeals from a judgment of the same court entered August 5, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 15, 2012, and the applicant's reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
