Renewed motion by the appellant to recall and vacate stated portions of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 5, 2009, as amended October 20, 2009, which, inter alia, dismissed appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated April 8, 2008, and to reinstate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
