DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered December 11, 2007, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 9, 2010, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of motion which is for the assignment of counsel is granted and pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the purpose of making any motions deemed appropriate with respect to the decision and order dated November 9, 2010, including, but not limited to, a motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to make an application for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order dated November 9, 2010, if necessary, or to seek leave to file papers on any pending motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals:
