Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file respondents' briefs on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated April 20, 2011, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until June 4, 2012, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before June 25, 2012.
