The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Julian S. Pellecier, Appellant.

Court's own motion to relieve assigned counsel and assign new counsel on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Southampton, Suffolk County, rendered January 10, 2011 .

ORDERED, on the court's motion, that assigned counsel, ANNA MARTIN, ESQ., is relieved of representing appellant on the appeal and WILLIAM R. WEISELBERG, ESQ., located at 196 STANLEY DRIVE, CENTEREACH, NEW YORK 11720 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Anna Martin, Esq., shall provide new counsel with all papers; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon service of a copy of this decision and order upon it, the Department of Probation is hereby authorized and directed to provide newly assigned counsel with a copy of the pre-sentence report, if any, prepared in connection with appellant's sentencing, including the recommendation sheet and any prior reports on appellant which are incorporated or referred to in the report.
