An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on June 30, 2011, and an application having been made by RoseMaria Merante, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of RoseMaria Merante, Esq., dated April 27, 2012,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Kimberly Weisbeck, Esq., 3349 Monroe Avenue, Suite 288, Rochester, New York 14618, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child, and
It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 2, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
