Moeller, Esq., sworn to April 19, 2012, and the statement of Philip Rothschild, Esq., dated April 23, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 18, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
