| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 20, 2011, on the ground that the appellant failed to obtain, serve, and file certain transcripts, or to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Application by the respondent Abiola T. Paddy pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the attorney for the children's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 11, 2012, and the attorney for the children's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the respondent Abiola T. Paddy to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 11, 2012, and the brief of the respondent Abiola T. Paddy must be served and filed on or before that date.
