Motion by the respondent-appellant to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated April 5, 2012, which granted the appellants-respondents' application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 28, 2011, and to deny the application.
