Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for leave to reargue and renew the appellants' prior motion to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated March 30, 2012, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 20, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
