Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims dated August 18, 2011, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, including waiver of the filing fee. Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 500.3(b)(4) for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
